The line is an automated assembly line that uses intelligent robots, precision positioning modules, automatic reflow lines and other systems to work together. It can automatically realize product loading and positioning, material handling, component assembly, screw locking, automatic pressing, visual inspection, cross-station transportation, and other automated operation functions. The entire line has a production capacity of 55 JPH, saving 30 people and greatly improving work efficiency.
